Mr Bond has held several management and senior management positions since entering the UPS industry in 1988. His earliest UPS experiences were associated with the operational and service sales aspects of the industry. From 2005-2010 Mr Bond was Managing Director of Uninterruptible Power Supplies Ltd., a UK based “service led” company that was establishing a global network of subsidiaries.

Mr Bond is a co-author of “The UPS Handbook”, holds a Higher National Diploma in Electronic Engineering, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies, a Diploma in Company Direction and is a Chartered Director.

Filippo Marbach is co-founder of the company (originally named Newave SA) and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1993. He acts as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Group. Prior to founding Newave, Mr Marbach was a Development Engineer of Invertomatic SA (today GEDE) from 1984 to 1993. Mr Marbach holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH).

Chief Financial Officer, Swiss citizen.
Patrick Sertori joined Newave in February 2007 as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining Newave he was Controller at Turbomach SA from 1997 to 2006. From 1986 to 1996 he worked as an auditor with Price Waterhouse (today PricewaterhouseCoopers) in Zurich and Lugano. Mr Sertori holds a certificate of fiduciary from the Swiss Institute of Certified Accountants and Tax Consultants.
